Linfiny will be releasing a 13.3 inch color e-ink note-taking tablet using Kaleido 3 display. There is not set date for the release but here are some information about the specs of this device. It is called Digital Paper and have 207 PPI for black and white and 100 for color.
It will have 32GB of internal storage which is kinda low, especially since only 24 of that will be usable by the user. No information on the availability of storage expansion or RAM size. The battery is also small at only 2000mAh but it will probably suffice as this won’t be an android device. Out of the box it will have only three apps- a Note taking app, a PDF viewer app, and an NFC tag cooperation app.
It will have bluetooth and WiFi so you can download your favorite ebooks or listen to audiobooks. It weighs at 368g with dimesnions of 301.1 x 222.8 x 5.7 mm. The product will only be sold as an ODM so it will come under a different brand with a different name for consumers. Linfiny is a japanese company wholly owned by E-ink holdings incorporated which is the orionaisation making epaper displays such as Carta 1300 and Kaleido 3.
