TCL has launched three new phones and a tablet at the Mobile World Congress 2025 event held at Barcelona. They will all be using the latest NxtPaper 4.0 display.
TCL 60 NXTPAPER
This is their ‘flagship’ of the NXTPaper 60 series so it’s got the best specs having a 6.8″ screen with 120hz. It comes with a huge 108MP main camera and 512GB of internal storage. The OS will be Android 15 powered by a 5200 mAH battery with an expected price tag of €199 upon release.
TCL 60 SE NXTPAPER 5G
This is a cheaper version of the flagship with a 6.7″ HD+ resolution screen using the same NxtPaper 4.0 of course. The RAM is 8GB with 256GB of internal storage and a 50MP rear main camera. It will release Europe, Asia Pacific, and Latin America later this year with a retail price of €189.

TCL NxtPaper 60 XE
This one was first announced at CES in January of this year and it will have a 6.8″ screen with 120hz refresh rate. It runs on the latest Android 15 with 5010 mAh battery, 256GB storage and 50MP triple camera. It will first be available in Canada for CA$325 in May and after that it will come ot the US for $200.
TCL NXTPAPER 11 Plus Tablet
The NxxtPaper 11+ tablet will have 8 or 12 GB RAM, 256GB internal storage with 33W fast charging for it’s 8000 mAh battery. The screen is 11.5″ with the same NxtPaper 4.0 display and 120 hz at 2.2k resolution. It will be released globally (date not yet announced) with a price tag of €250. It runs on Android 15 with MTK Helio G100 CPU and ARM Mali-G57 MC2 GPU. It is 6.5mm thin and weighs 490g, in comparison the ipad pro 11″ weighs at 444g and is 5.3mm thin.
