Finally, the day that many eink users have been waiting for is here- Boox finnaly releases it’s first 10″ eink color device– the Tab Ultra C. I’m glad that they chose to implement color on their most powerful 10″ device the Tab rather than the Note or Note Air models.
The Tab ultra C is using Kaleido 3 screen which is the latest version of the tech and it is at 150PPI, while the black and white colors are at 300PPI. It runs on 4GB of RAM, is powered by a Qualcomm Octa-core CPU and has a generous 128GB of internal storage along with an option to expand using the microSD slot. The battery is also big at 6300mAH and you can also scan documents using it’s 16MP camera.
Other features include G-sensor for auto screen rotation, fingerprint senor, and adjustable warm and cold frontlights. The tab comes with a stylus and magnetic cover. You can also buy the magnetic keyboard and save 50% if you purchase them together. The stylus is magnetic and also has an eraser which claims to feel like the real thing.
It retails for $599 and be purchased from Boox Shop. Check out the video below-
