On 25 April 2025 Boox internationally released the Go 7 ereader and Mira Pro Color Monitor. They were already announced weeks ago in China but they’re now being launched globally. The Go Color 7 (2nd Gen) and Tab XC were also launched but they’re not yet available for order for now.
Mira Pro Color Version
The Mira Pro Color is 25.3″ and uses Kaleido 3 display with a resolution of 3200×1800 px which equals to 145 PPI. It has dual speakers and come with an aluminium stand. It is the exact same monitor as the monochrome version except for the display.
And yes it also has frontlight– both warm and cold. It retails for $1899 from the Boox Shop (use BOOXAFF coupon for small discount).

Boox Go 7
The Go 7 is a monochrome of last year’s popular Go Color 7, with eink Carta 1300 screen for a crisp 300 PPI display It is actually available in two versions- Black color which uses a glass lens and the white one which uses PMMA or plexiglas which is less likely to break or crack than glass.
It doesn’t have Wacom and only uses capacitive touch but it does have BOOX InkSense stylus touch that you can use for highlighting and annonating text. It has 4gb RAM and 64gb internal storage with option to expand via microSD slot. It is powered by a 2300 mAh battery and runs on Android 13 with Google Play. It’s size and weight is the same as that of the Go Color 7.
