It is known that Dasung is the King of e-ink when it comes to speed. And now the company has proven this once again with the new Paperlike Color Revo.
It boasts a speed of 33hz refresh rate, which is around double that of the previous generation. That’s a pretty outstanding achievement for e-ink. If am not mistaken no other brand or product comes close to this speed. Kudos to Dasung for leading the way and advancing e-ink further and further. They truly are revolutionary.
The REVO is of the same size as the previous paperlike color at 25.3″, but as you can see in the video below, it has improved speed, fluidity and more vibrant colors. It is priced at 1749$ and you can get it from Dasung Shop.
Do note that it does have compatibility issues with the Mac operating system and Dasung recommends using Windows computers with this monitor. Also, another thing with Dasung is that they don’t provide any customer after-sales support– I’ve seen people saying this on social media and in forums and I’ve experienced it myself. They simply won’t reply to your emails; which I feel is unfair considering their products are worth thousands of dollars. So if you face any problems with the monitor, you’ll have to figure things out on your own.
