Supernote on 13 March 2024 made a post on their Facebook Group addressing the development progress of the Supernote A5 X2. They started off by thanking the community for their interest and support in their products. Then they went on to say that they were too optimistic about releasing the A5X2 in the first quarter of 2024 as that is no longer possible now due to new supply chain structures and other problems. As of now though they have finished finalising the product;s shape as it will be different from its predecessor.
Release Dates and Specs
The supernote A5X2 is expected to be released and available for order in May or June of 2024. As for the specs the screen will be 300 PPI and will be bigger than the A5X. This all points to them using the new 1300 Carta display from e-ink which is 10.65″ as opposed to the old 10.3 inches and it has has 300 DPI.
